I was out of luck yesterday. At 6pm, I supposed to pick up my coat at one of the dry cleaning store at 21st and Amidon. I got there around 6:03, guess what? They already closed the door. Damn! Only 3 mins late, and I was in a hurry. The funny thing was I got lost when I get home from that dry cleaning store. Can you believe that? That dry cleaning store located closed to Thai Binh, and I even got lost from there to my home? Don’t know what I was thinking, maybe the weather was too hot and drove me out of my mind or sth else. It was just not one of my day.
The more ridiculous thing was at night around 10:30pm. I found out that one of my citi card bill was overdue. It was due on 6/5 and I still haven’t paid for it. So I went online right away to set up my bank acct, usually it is activated in one day, but this time they told me it won’t activated till 6 days later. Oh, my god, it is already late, I couldn’t wait anymore. I decided to call them. I went through the automotive phone payment system, which was quite easy. At the last step, it asked whether I want to store my banking info in the phone, I pressed “2” to not store. And suddenly the process stopped, I got transferred to CS. I didn’t know what was wrong with it. Fortunately, it was late at night and not many pp called in. Soon someone came on to help me. I again repeated what happened and what I needed. He helped me and also told me that there will be $14 charge for the phone payment service fee. What? $14, that is too much. I remembered last time paid on the phone for my Discover card, there was no charge for it. Geeze, well, finally I got my bill paid, but also got charge another $14 and finance charge for paying late. I am complete broke.
I always remember to pay my cc bills on time, don’t know why this time I would miss it. I was so mad of myself for paying sth that I am not supposed to spend on. I am trying to save some money, but it is so hard.
World Cup had beginned, a lot of my friends were disappeared from MSN IM and went join their World Cup fans. I don’t know much about soccer, and I don’t feel like people in USA are as crazy as people in Europe and Asia. At least, people in my company had not talk about World Cup very often since it started last week. But some of the co-workers got transferred from India were so into it. China doesn’t have a strong team in Soccer, which didn’t give them a chance to join World Cup. Well, but it was surprise to see that Australia beat Jap yesterday with 3:1. I am thinking about watch it sometimes, but the games all started early in the morning while I am at work. Maybe will watch during weekend. I wish there is a live game show on the air plane, that will be more excited.

If it is happen again sis, ask the guy to transfer you to the automated payment (after he set up) so you don’t have to pay that $14. Also ask him if he could drop the late charge or the fee since it is the first time. It works with me!
I still don’t understand that the guy asked you $14 for the phone service fee. I don’t think the big credit card providers ask for it.

World Cup? I can’t find the channel that’s in. I want to watch it.
There’s this cute guy on the American team. He’s good too, but I don’t thhink they will win. Brazil always win, their team is so good.
